We have made returns as easy as possible. You can easily arrange your return yourself via the above method.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 30 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took physical possession of the good.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, from us. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. For returns outside of warranty or wrong delivery, the costs for return are for you. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no fees will be charged for such refunds. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that are manufactured in accordance with the consumer's instructions (customization).
Return conditions
- We ask you to always mention the return number on the package or to send it in the box.
- You will receive a return form within 24 hours (on working days) after registering your return via the website.
- Products must be uncoated and in original condition and may not show any damage if reasonably possible.
- In the event of damage/signs of use, costs may be charged for depreciation
- For replacement or repair of defective products that are part of a set, we ask you to return only the defective product. The rest of the set should be kept. We are not responsible for the loss of any other products.
- You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
